MACRO COACHING
Macro Coaching involves counting your three main nutrients that your body needs in order to function: Protein, Carbs & Fats.
You will complete a 90-day body transformation, as we guide you through each week tweaking your macros and all your needs to accommodate your diet. We will also have a detailed 5-day workout plan available for purchase to maximize results. Although this diet is not for everyone, you will see results if you stick with me & follow our guide.
WORKOUT PLANS
The Power Building workout program focuses on strength & muscle gain. By following these set and rep ranges, you will be able to increase your strength and also have that mind muscle connection you are looking for in bodybuilding.
Anybody can start with this program, which would be perfect to build your foundation.
